I bought the bostich nailer and it works nicely. Actually, the one I bought came as a set, it was the finish nailer gun, brad nailer gun (which I almost never use) and a nice compressor. They go on sale sometimes at home depot or lowes.

The only minor complaint I have is that my brother, who knows more about tools than I do, pointed out that the compressor is oilless. I thought not having to add oil was a good thing, but my bro says that it doesn't need oil because it's some kind of sealed system which is lower maintenence, but doesn't last as long. For DIYers like me, though, it should make no difference.

Hey! Let me know what brand you get and how it works for you. I've been looking at them as well, but haven't gotten around to actually buying one yet.
