		<description>Don't get discouraged about slight gains when you're trying to lose weight, as long as you're still following your plan it WILL come off.

Also, make sure you weigh yourself at the same time of day (usually right after you wake up) as your weight can fluctuate by a few pounds throughout the day. It can also fluctuate significantly around your period as your body tends to retain water.
