Great story & terrific photos! LOL when I came across your male friend posing with 'her' bag. My ol' liver would have made for very blurry pics by bar 3, and a splendid fall off my bike.

I grew up in MI and loved our fun visits to Mackinac Island. Being now almost 14 hours from that place I (lill tear formed in my eye) maybe miss that little island a bit. maybe. The bikes, the beers, the many people, it can be a lot of debauchery. But it is still a fun trip to take & I am glad you guys had fun. ~ It's good to take a good break work for some fun./ In our craziness of kitchen reno. we stopped this weekend to go to our towns biggest drinking/eating fest of the yr. and had a few brews (maybe a few shots too) and relaxed for the first time in weeks. It was worth feeling a little behind the next morning. Great pics & Good luck with everything!

What a cool pic of the butterfly on his back. Very cool. You should think about framing it. It would be really neat it you altered it in photoshop so that the everything except the butterfly is in black & white!
