A Note for Advertisers & PR firms:
Product Reviews: I often tout the tools I love here, and almost all of them are ones I’ve bought or been handed-down. Of course I always love learning about new tools or other DIY related projects, not to mention trying them out, so I’m more than willing to review most products, as long as you’re more than willing to have me tell the truth about them. That being said, I’m not asking anyone to send me a bunch of free stuff. I’d love to just get suggestions on new things to buy when I happen to need new drill bits or whatnot, and if I really like it, it will probably show up around here. Just don’t ask me to say really awesome things about your product if I haven’t used it. If the rest of the site hasn’t made this clear, I don’t do BS.
Sponsored Giveaways: Got something to give away? Every once and a while I’ll do sponsored giveaways around here, and they’re tons of fun. If you want to give stuff away to DIYdiva readers, I’m happy to be the vehicle of your generosity.
Advertisements: I’ll always to listen to proposals for legitimate ads (supporting my tool habit can be costly at times), but I don’t do spam, scams, or any “can I pay you to link to my site but not tell anyone it’s an ad” nonsense.
