Just because…
Basically anyone who is subscribed to either of my facebook feeds, this website, or sees me regularly in person has been inundated with miniature donkeys over the last couple of weeks.
I’d be sorry, but, um… I’m not.
Because I’m too busy getting donkey kisses.
This might be my favorite donkey moment so far…
The funniest part isn’t that Doc is falling asleep, but that if you notice the random jerks of the camera, Parker kept nudging my hand so that I would pet him. Like, “Lady, put down that camera and pay attention to me.”
These guys have been the little lights of my life since they came to the farm. We’re still getting into the swing of things around here, but boy, is it worth it.

i love them. now i need to add miniature donkeys to the list of animals i want. my boyfriend is unimpressed by my desire to have a small farm…er, circus.
I love your donkeys… and also your blog 🙂
Oh, I just love your donkeys!! I live in the city, so I think my neighbors might frown on farm animals, so I will just go home and love on my doggie!
Love.
As with any boys, make sure your shots are up to date before you let them kiss on you!!!!!!
Love Dad 🙂
True Story – I just had someone knock on the door and ask if I had any Donkey Milk. True Story. 🙂
I am living my life vicariously through you, since I don’t think my postage stamp back yard would hold a single mini donkey (unless they start making them in 18 inch size). Such adorable faces!
Those are two lucky donkeys. It looks like they’ve acclimated to their new surroundings just fine!
They are too adorable. I must say, I am very jealous that you get to have donkey kisses every day!
