Eat Happy: Cube Steak Sandwich

This is a variation on a recipe I first found at The Pioneer Woman Cooks… I’ve made it both ways, and MysteryMan will eat it both ways, but as for me… I like a little more veggies and flavor.
What I used:

Cube steak

Onion, green pepper, red pepper

Mushrooms

Worcestershire Sauce

Red Hot Sauce

Otherwise known as, a really good way to get your veggies quota met for the day.
What I used:

Frozen cheese tortellini

Frozen peas (half a bag maybe?)
